I moved to England in 2012 from California of all places! Yes, an American Slimming World Consultant! I moved over here in 2012 and gradually my weight increased from the stress of being so far from my family. By 2022 I was so unhealthy and even walking up a small hill I'd be having trouble breathing. I tried to start eating healthy and would have the best of intentions, but week after week I would fail. I knew I needed help so finally took a leap of faith and walked through the doors of my local Slimming World Group. I have never looked back! The warm welcome and feeling of belonging was what I needed! I have since lost 8 1/2 stone! When you join my group you'll find a warm, welcoming group where we all work together to reach our dreams!
