After struggling with my weight for years, I joined Slimming World as a member in 2010. Within ten months I lost 4 st and I’m still a member now. I wanted to share the good news and became a Consultant in 2012, allowing me to support others on their weight loss journey in a safe, non-judgemental and caring environment. I understand that life can be hard and busy - being a mam of four, I often forgot about myself and said I never had time to plan my meals, cook or eat - that was my excuse!
