I started my journey with Slimming World just over four years ago, and Iʼm now at my target weight. I loss 13st and it saved my life. I became a Consultant because I want to help other people see how Food Optimising can change their lives. Itʼs such a flexible and generous eating plan, I never feel hungry and thereʼs so much choice (and thatʼs coming from a very picky eater!). My groups are amazing – weʼre like one big family and everyoneʼs there for the same reason. Thereʼs never any judgement or humiliation, just support and encouragement week after week.
