Edel at St Marys GFC

Big boned, I will never lose weight - that's what I was told for 20 years. Now, thanks to Slimming World, I have lost an amazing 5 stone.I have never felt better and have so much more energy now. The plan is just amazing and Food Optimising is too generous to be called a diet, it's more of a healthy eating plan. I would be lost without it. I couldn't believe how warm and friendly the Consultant was and all my fears were left at the door. There was no humiliation and everybody's weight is completely confidential. It's like a night out for me now. I love going to my Slimming World group and meeting all my friends there. I was voted Woman of the year at my session and I was so proud to achieve that award.
