I joined Slimming World in January 2012, after years of trying various diets. I lost 4 stones and reached my target weight just in time for Christmas! Before joining Slimming World I was constantly taking medication for indigestion. Within a few weeks of starting Food Optimising I no longer needed medication and I felt so much better, both physically and mentally. Due to my own success, I decided to become a Consultant to help other people achieve their dreams. I am currently covering my own group in Granard at 7.00pm every Thursday.
