Hi, my name is Pauline and I've been a Slimming World Consultant since 2012. I joined Slimming World as a member on the 23rd December, 2010, as I had reached a point in my life where I was really unhappy with myself. I joined before Christmas because I knew it would be so busy in January and I wanted to start right away as it took me 12 weeks to get the courage to walk in the door. That week I lost 5.5 pounds eating more food than I ever thought possible. I was hooked and wanted to shout from the rooftops. My groups are welcoming, safe, happy and buzzy and you'll receive support and guidance to reach your dream weight, too. I love my role in supporting members to rediscover a new way of shopping cooking and eating. Pauline x
