I lost nearly 5 stones with the help of Slimming World. I was so unhappy and unhealthy that I just had to do something before it was too late. in the space of a year and a half, I went from being low in confidence and miserable to now being so close to my dream weight. I love food and with Food Optimising I can eat loads every day and still lose weight. I became a Consultant because I want to help other people find the happiness that I now feel every day.
