I struggled for years to lose weight, always managing to slim down a little and then put it all back on again and then some. Slimming World freed me from this yo-yo dieting, because I was able to eat food I really enjoyed, so staying on track was no hardship. I lost 3st back in 2016, and Iʼve been at my target weight ever since. I absolutely love helping my members discover the life-changing power of Food Optimising for themselves. I feel privileged as a Slimming World Consultant, that I get to share my membersʼ journeys and watch their lives transform. My Groups are friendly and welcoming and you have a choice of 3 Groups, Ballyphehane AM/PM on Thursdays, Ballincollig AM Fridays or Blarney AM Saturdays. You can do this. Susan xx
