Iʼve been a Slimming World member for many years and Iʼve lost more than 7st following the Food Optimising plan. I still go to group as a target member, as it supports me in maintaining my weight. I hope I can help inspire and motivate you to achieve your dreams and show you how simple and amazing Food Optimising can be.
