- 125g lean pork mince (5% fat or less)
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs or Italian herbs
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 200g can chopped tomatoes
- ½ tbsp tomato purée
- ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes, or to taste
- 2 x 60g wholemeal rolls, split
- A few lettuce leaves, shredded
- 70g reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, cut into 4 slices
