- 3 pastrami slices
- 15g Gruyère cheese, sliced
- 2 gherkins, drained and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sauerkraut from a jar, drained
For the Russian dressing:
- 1 level tbsp extra-light mayonnaise
- 1 level tsp tomato ketchup
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ level tsp sriracha sauce
