  • 2 packs Slimming World sausages (or use other low-fat sausages and count the Syns)
  • 1-2 tsp curry powder*
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, plus 2 eggs, beaten
  • 50g wholemeal bread, whizzed into fine crumbs
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • *Watch out for spice/seasoning blends that have added ingredients (like sugar, oil or starch). To protect your weight loss, count ½ Syn per level tsp/1½ Syns per level tbsp.
